Interpretation of your accounts
Most accounts are prepared for the Inland Revenue and are often not explained to busy business people.
We will provide a straightforward interpretation and explanation of your accounts:
- what they mean (if they mean anything to anyone outside of the IR)
- how they can be used to improve the business
- how you should change things if you are thinking of selling the business
- what criteria banks and others judge your business by
- availability of grants, loans, and other support
- when you can expect a) to retire or b) the receiver to call
Business Review
This answers the questions:
How is my business doing? What should I do next?
The review will look at:
- the background
- the product
- the people – managers & staff
- training needs – managers & staff
- the property and location
- all the legal bits and policies
- marketing
- accounts (as in Interpretation of your accounts)
It will consider the aspirations and aims of the owners
It will provide a clear, practical and timed Action Plan with cost implications and possible expected outcomes
